Design and Build have proudly partnered with one of Queensland’s most reputable civil contracting companies. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a vital role overseeing Civil Construction Projects, in Brisbane.

POSITION

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking lead on your projects, with strong support from Senior Leaders within the team. ing to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate multiple projects and collaborate with a variety of clients. These projects will consist of large residential communities.

  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of project resources
  • Oversee and work with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Cost management and ing

PERSON

To be successful in this position you’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a strong understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision projects. You will demonstrate a high level of leadership, communication and negotiation skills ensuring all projects are delivered within agreed outcomes.

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager
  • Previous experience of civil construction and subdivision works
  • Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer
