Desert Garden Montessori seeks experienced educators to join our middle and high school team. We are a growing community that values interpersonal connection, higher-order thinking, character, and excellence in education. At the secondary level, we currently offer the International Baccalaureate MYP (Middle Years Program) in combination with Montessori.

Desert Garden Montessori’s Middle & High School (MYHS) is a small program serving grades 7-12. We offer extraordinary opportunities and experiences for students and teachers including international travel, service learning, and skill-based assessment. We are looking for educators who make learning exciting, who value interdisciplinary and project-based teaching, who believe in fostering global citizenship, and who are team players.

We are currently looking for talented, dynamic educators in ALL subjects as we expand our program. We offer classes in 8 core subject areas from 7th-12th Grade and are accepting applications. Core Subjects include Spanish, Art, PE/Health, English, Social Studies, Math, and Science. Compensation: Compensation DOE.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in subject area or teaching degree, and experience with middle and high school aged students. Curriculum and lesson planning experience required. Montessori or IB experience is preferable, but not required.
