As a Dermalogica Education Training Executive you provide exceptional educational support to the Trade Channel. With company targets and strategy in mind, you analyse impact and implement strategies to effect positive sales growth as a result of education delivered to this channel of distribution. You understand what makes a successful trade business and therefore what and how we deliver education to facilitate commercial success for our accounts. You work closely with specific individuals across various departments to align strategies and focuses. You represent the brand and

ensure Dermalogica is seen as an authority in professional skin care and a partner for business success.

The responsibilities of the Education Training Executive …. Could this be you?

• Ensures content provided is relevant to meet the needs of the specific channel. This includes education delivered through workshops, onsite or digitally, digital resources, in print and through bespoke onsite training sessions.
• Ensures timely execution of education while embracing creative approaches utilising online resources, digital resources or enlisting support of managers or experienced individuals.
• Maintains high level of educational standards even when processes or delivery are adjusted to meet the specific needs of the channel.
• Evaluates effectiveness and impact of education on channel and proactively looks for opportunities to drive success.
• Works with Education Training Managers to support the Educator team in delivery of education for this channel.
• Works with Education, Commercial and Marketing leads to strategize and execute Marketing strategies including new product development, new services or relevant brand messaging through to channel, leveraging the resources of Education to contribute to successful implementation.
• Builds strong inter-department relationships
• Proactively seeks collaboration and drives engagement with relevant members outside of Education to support growth of programmes and brand awareness.
• Maintains open dialogue on plans and progress with relevant individuals across department to facilitate a collaborative approach to growing channel.
• Demonstrates openness and ability to try new ideas presented by others to continually innovate our approach
• Be a brand ambassador
• Teaches, trains or delivers Dermalogica content while staying connected with all aspects of the education offered to various channels.
• Represents the company in print and at various events or online. Includes developing and executing presentations to an excellent Dermalogica standard, digital delivery on social media, live streams, video segments and PR and influencer support when required.
• Supports the Sales team in their training of new product development, promotional themes and updates educational content, enlisting the support of Educators where necessary.
• Proactively researches and stay abreast of trends, developments and requirements within the wider skin care industry.
• Leads by example and displays a highly professional and motivated approach to all duties.
• Demonstrates excellent time management of individual schedule while able to strategically prioritise tasks and responsibilities.

Do you have the below skills?

• Extensive Education department experience to ensure credibility.
• Experience within the Education Training team preferred.
• A self-motivated and reliable, independent worker with a drive to succeed in a busy environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the aptitude to manage multiple workloads and pro-actively problem-solve.
• Ability to constructively overcome challenging conversations, for resolution orientated results.
• Smart appearance and confidence in communicating with people at all levels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must be able to travel by car, on an aeroplane and via public transport. Support or training may be needed at other locations requiring the employee to travel with allocated travel time and staying away from home for up to four nights, occasionally attending evening or weekend events. Frequency depends on the position and base location.
