An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and high performing HR Operations team. You will be a key member of the team reporting to the HR Operations Manager and will be assisting in the delivery of a professional, reliable and business focused HR service across the College. We are currently operating a hybrid working model with the position primarily being home-based with a requirement to attend our Ilkeston campus if working on-site.
Having recently changed our HR system, you will be joining the team at a highly exciting time and will be integral to helping develop the new system and processes to maximise efficiencies within the team. Working in the HR Operations team you will have excellent computer skills, being confident in the use of multiple systems within the HR department and across the College. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive support service to the HR Operations department, ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided in a timely manner in accordance with a monthly payroll driven deadline.
In this role you will be working on innovative projects that have a positive impact on the department and College, and as such you will be confident working to tight deadlines and across multiple projects. You will also be committed to providing outstanding customer service in all aspects of the role; be confident in communicating with the wider College; have attention to detail, be flexible in your approach and enjoy a challenge.

Salary: £20,000 – £22,500 per annum dependant on previous relevant experience
