An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Talent Acquisition team as a HR Administrator. You will be a key member of this brand-new team reporting to Abi Marsden, Talent Acquisition Manager, within the HR business function. You will be processing all aspects of recruitment and selection including posting engaging job adverts, liaising with hiring managers about shortlisting and interviews, completing pre-employment checks, and more.
The Talent Acquisition team has recently been created with the purpose of providing new and innovative ways to meet the recruitment needs across the College. It is an exciting time to join us, and you will be integral in shaping processes and implementing new ideas.
If you have experience of HR recruitment administration then that’s great, and if you don’t then that’s also great! As long as you have the key skills and passion to be successful in this role, we will train you to do the rest. You’ll also the opportunity to achieve new qualifications, such as the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. We are currently operating a hybrid working model with the position primarily working from home with a requirement to attend our Roundhouse campus (your official working location) as required. We will work with you where possible to establish a hybrid working model that works for both you and the business needs.
