Summary : The Logistics Coordinator will focus on ensuring accurate inventories on all job sites and facilities, assisting with the development, education, and enforcement of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.

This position also supports the distribution of stock throughout the siteEssential Functions : Perform physical count of inventory on job sites and at facilities Ensure inventory is stored properly for inventory type (ex : sensitive electronics are temperature controlled)Ensure physical counts are recorded in inventory management system;

reconcile inaccurate informationAssist in developing shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures Teach shipping, receiving, and inventory proceduresAudit job site to ensure adherence to shipping, receiving, and inventory proceduresWork with purchasing to consider fiscally responsible options for shipping current stock or purchasing newReconcile actual stock count to computer-generated sAssign assets as neededManage asset reservationsBe the SME on the loose item inventory module in the inventory systemCreate s as necessaryOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills : Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookKnowledge of operating standard office equipmentBasic computer skillsKnowledge of warehouse / inventory management principles and best practicesAbility to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to stay highly organized, and attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to work flexible hours.

We operate 24 / 7 / 365Education and Experience : High school diploma (or equivalent) required3 years of in warehouse / inventory management or relevant experience requiredMust be able to speak, read and write EnglishMust be authorized to work in the U.
