Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will execute & identify recruiting plans for full life cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting methods.
This role is responsible for processing background checks to include NYS Justice Cetner requirements.

Qualifications :
Education : Associates degree in Business / Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources.
Experience / Characteristics : Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
iCims (ATS) experience preferred. Ability to use technology and computers at more than a basic level particularly in MS Office and MS Teams.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to problem solve. Great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Other : Driving record that meets agencys Clean Driving Record Policy. Must have reliable transportation.
