About us
The Fines and Enforcement Services (FES) business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety (the Department) provides end-to-end management of infringement matters to the Victorian Government and a range of external enforcement agencies. The management and enforcement of infringements is critical to the effective and efficient operation of the criminal justice system in Victoria. The criticality of this function has been elevated following the introduction of Victoria’s Fines Reform Act 2014 (the Fines Reform Act), which will transition Victoria to a wholly administrative fines recovery model.
About the role
The Test Analyst is responsible for test analysis, design and execution of User Acceptance Testing. They will be required to assist in the Fines Reform business domain and document its business, processes or systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The Test Analyst acts as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and recommends solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
