About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources & Organisational Development, this role is the primary client-facing role for HR working in collaboration with a small team of like-minded professionals. The role is accountable for staff recruitment, staff advice, continuous improvement within the HR portfolio, relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, delivery of a VIFM induction program and the coordination of the VIFM’s Professional Development Plan.

This includes evidence of all doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
