About us
Fines and Enforcement Services (FES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety’s Fines, Registration and Crime Prevention group. FES is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.
The Finance Officer works in the Corporate Services team who are responsible for supporting FES’s core operations, including managing corporate services, monitoring and administering civil compliance revenue, debt and Budget Paper reporting, and monitoring and managing the accounting functions relating to the infringement management system.
About the role
The Finance Officer supports the decentralised creation and maintenance of FES purchase orders and associated reporting and training and supports the update and maintenance of databases and process maps used by the team.
The role reports to the Finance Officer – Purchasing & Reporting and works in collaboration with the team to manage the decentralised creation and maintenance of purchase orders and associated reporting and database management.
