Volume Recruitment and Projects (VRP) is a specialist team within the Customer Partnerships branch of the department. VRP is responsible for end-to-end operational HR support for high-risk and high-volume roles.
Reporting to the Director, Customer Partnerships, this role manages two portfolios: recruitment and onboarding. Working with the team leaders of each portfolio the Manager, VRP oversees the smooth operation of the team within agreed timelines and processes. This includes ensuring the team provide high quality service relating to advertising, shortlisting, screening and assessment, interview booking, reference checking, verbal offers and onboarding.
The ability to take a strategic approach to challenges, build strong relationships and excel in delivering a corporate Human Resources function for a complex organisation will be key for this role.
