About the opportunity This role sits in the Enterprise Digital Innovation Platforms Unit and will be responsible to determine and identify high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the users and knowledge of enterprise architecture by providing technical leadership to application developers. Addressing the agile product backlog through development sprints and delivery and maintenance of technical documentation and support CRM applications built on Salesforce platform.

About you

• Knowledge of information management technologies and their application within a business context
• Technical competence in Web Services development and Salesforce API
• Ability to research analyse and recommend solutions and design patterns for effective configuration and development
• Understanding of SaaS model in the online environment,CICD Framework,code repositories GIT,BitBucket,Azure and deep programming language knowledge and knowledge of distributed data model
• Experience in executing testing (SIT, UAT, Alpha and Beta testing phases etc) and debugging distributed systems with high data loads
