The Manager, Evaluation and Evidence Centre (EEC) is responsible for leading a high performing team of specialist staff and partners, to capture insights about professional learning and practitioner inquiry, measuring the impact of the Academy’s programs to inform systems and processes, innovation, continuous improvement and thought leadership. The role leads the EEC in the research, evaluation and data that will support the implementation of the Academy’s high-quality approach to professional learning across the education sector, including translating evidence to be practical for use in schools, and influencing the selection of high impact professional learning in schools.
