Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, Colorado is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house recruitment team. The selected candidate will have a significant focus on provider positions (Physician/NP/PA/Etc.) The Provider Recruitment team inside the Division of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment efforts in various departments throughout Denver Health. The Provider Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, senior medical leadership (C-Suite) and other stakeholders to develop effective relationships and strategies for the successful recruitment of physicians and advanced care providers. The selected candidate will be joining a team of 15 other talent acquisition professionals who continuously work to identify staff members committed to working in a mission based environment with a focus on equitable healthcare access for all, regardless of ability to pay.
The recruiter will act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates regarding the interview and hiring process. Coordinate the efforts for candidate pipeline development in assigned service lines by using online, sourcing platforms, direct mail, residency events, conferences and other types of advertising methods. Under minimal supervision, recruits, screens and hires qualified candidates for Denver Health and Hospital Authority. Completes and negotiates employment offers paperwork for new hires, transfers, promotions and demotions while maintaining and updating records such employee and hospital forms, correspondence, files, and records. Develops staffing plans to fill positions in area of responsibility and may direct team of recruitment personnel work activity. Maintains and updates records such as employee and hospital forms, correspondence, files, and records in compliance with company policies. This is a working supervisory position that supervises other provider recruitment staff.

Denver Health Medical Center operates a Level I trauma center, 10 federally qualified primary care clinics, the Department of Public Health and various other entities that serve the citizens of the city and county of Denver. Our recruiters work in a hybrid model with a significant amount of time spent working from remotely in Colorado.
Responsibilities
1.Screens applicants, applications and resumes ensuring qualified candidates are presented to managers and hired at Denver Health. 2.Develops recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates utilizing cost-effective methods and techniques to meet Denver Health staffing levels. 3.Manages and coordinates the activities of employees assigned to area.4.Assigns duties, reviews work and performance, conducts annual performance reviews and approves time for assigned personnel.5.Assists department members with a variety of project related activities in all key function areas.6.Familiarizes self with all relevant regulations and laws and ensures compliance by other employees and self.7. Participates in committees/LEAN events.8.Maintains relationships with outside vendors.9.Utilizes External vendors to successfully recruit providers.10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1.Working knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in Human Resources as it relates to hiring practices.2.Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting. 3.Strong customer consultative skills and negotiation skills required. 4.Strong candidate sourcing skills. 5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.Ability to successfully manage relationships.7.Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.8.Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.9.Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.11.Ability to “think outside the box” in recruiting providers.
