As the Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be joining a high performing ANZ team with responsibility for delivering global best practice, end-to-end recruitment solutions to internal stakeholders. This role will support recruitment across all aspects of our business in Australia and New Zealand.

What your typical day will look like:

• Posting jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external job boards
• Managing offer letters and new hire paperwork
• Implementing tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Work autonomously to conducting strategic market mapping and talent pipelining
• Measure, track and report on key analytics to support continuous improvement
• A significant proportion of your time will be spent learning how to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of positions and disciplines using innovative sourcing methodologies and technology solutions
