About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists within our Software Support Team for a Software Support Specialist. In this role you would be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support while receiving, administering, and resolving all software related dental equipment issues as part of a busy helpdesk. Working within a team of three, your customer interactions, diagnostics and fault-finding functions, will primarily be managed via remote access software (Team Viewer) and over the phone directly with the customer. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to proactively evaluate customer satisfaction on closed jobs and tickets.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A relevant degree or certificate,
- Experience with the creation of help desk tickets, routing and escalation of tickets,
- Experience troubleshooting & resolving software issues by remote access,
- Exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and time management skills,
- Experience with PC firewalls and installing software applications, and
- Experience with local area networks (LANs), SQLs.
- In addition to the above, it would be advantageous if you have experience working in the dental/health care industry.
