Job Posting: Dental Front Desk

We are a growing periodontal practice looking to add the right person to our team. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Front Desk professional to join us. The ideal candidate must have previous experience with dental computer software, dental insurance, and patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claim submissions.
• Collect and manage patient payments and account balances.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all patient information.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and service.
• Assist with other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with dental computer software, dental insurance, and patient interaction is required.
• Must be pleasant, friendly, and enjoy helping people.
• Service oriented with a strong commitment to patient care.
• Must be a team player who enjoys working with others to accomplish tasks and goals together.
• Must be detail oriented and reliable.
• A flexible schedule would be considered, 3-4 days per week.
• Salary related to experience and abilities.

Flexible Hours:

• 3-4 days a week (up to 32 hours per week)
• Flexible start and end times daily
