Dental Office WH Hiring for at West Hartford, CT Full Time

THIS POSITION ENTAILS CLERICAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPUTER AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS.

-Full time: Monday thru Thursday 7:45AM TO 5:00PM

-Position requires strong phone, text and computer interaction with patients. Minimum 5 years experience in the dental field.

-Exceptional interpersonal skills; flexible ability to work and communicate successfully with patients, doctors and staff.

-Hygiene schedule management to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity to both patients and business.

-Problem solving skills, critical thinking and professional judgement skills. Can see multiple solutions to problems and choose best possible one to meet needs of patients and business.

-Drive and capability to deliver world class patient experience and customer service.

-Collect, post and verify insurance and patient payments.

-Ability to organize, manage and complete tasks in a timely manner.

-Microsoft office skills, especially Word, Excel and e-mail. General office duties including faxing/printing, texting, computers, data entry….

-Assisting patients in the motivational and educational process of the benefits that comprehensive dentistry can provide for overall health and personal confidence.
