We are a well established Managed Service IT Provider in the healthcare space with international presence in Eastern Europe and Central America. Responsibilities:
Recruitment for openings across all practice areas of the organization in the US and internationally (Eastern, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and more!).
Conduct Daily Video Interviews, and provide recorded video of potential candidates to managers of different departments for review.
Work independently and collaboratively on multiple positions at one time, report the status of each opening and quickly show results of their job portfolio.
Report status of all openings, recruiting efforts and deliver and analyze reports on new hire metrics.
Continually source and screen for multiple positions at the same time.
Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, and other traditional job boards) to create and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
Vet candidates and learn what kinds of candidates will resonate for particular hiring managers.
Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts while getting results.
Lead and organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
Perform reference checks and pre-employment assessments to help organize and streamline hiring efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter for a professional services firm, ideally in a fast paced, growing environment.
Bilingual preferred.
Proven track record in recruiting with a proven ability to produce consistent recruiting results by delivering high quality candidates.
Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently after learning curve.
Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Sense of urgency and confidentiality.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
