a. Claim submission

c. Patient billing and collection

Payment Posters
a. Post all EFT/check payments

b. Adjust accounts properly

Insurance Coordinator
a. Verify patient insurance eligibility and breakdown

b. Enter patient insurance information

c. Insurance credentialing

d. Fee schedule negotiation

e. Enter/Update fee schedules
