Dental Care of Morrisville Hiring for Dental Front Desk at Morrisville, NC Full Time

We are looking for someone to join our low stress and fun loving Dental Team! If you are looking for a place that will allow you to learn and grow, you will fit right now. We are hiring for personality and attitude, experience is of course a plus.

Our beautiful office is a one doctor private practice with state of the art equipment. We are located in Morrisville right off the freeway and is very easily accessible from farther locations. We have experienced some growth as a clinic and want a team member who is looking for a home and will continue to grow with us.

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

Fabulous communication skills – must be a “people” person. Being comfortable on the phone is necessary and the ability to have difficult conversations is also necessary.
A Positive work ethic – Believing that your work makes a difference, and can be fulfilling
Detail Oriented – Being in the front desk requires paying attention to the little things
A Great Attitude – Dental offices can be stressful at times, a great attitude goes a long way
A Motivated, Self-Starter – Once trained properly, you should be able to decide for yourself what to do next without instruction
A Dedicated Worker and Team Player – We work together and work for each other.

Experience of at least 1 year preferred. You should be willing to learn and grow from other people. We are willing to train the right person with no dental experience.

This is a full time position.
