Job Responsibilities
The College Registrar provides strong leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, management of activities, and systems related to academic records, student registration, academic scheduling, degree audits, grades, and the Colleague (Student Information System) records and registration modules. This position manages and directs all phases of the Office of the Registrar and provides and maintains accurate information on all college academic programs and courses, clinical rotations, internships, and externships. The Registrar serves as the college’s FERPA and Residency officers.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree; or bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience serving as a College Registrar, Assistant Registrar or working in and supporting the Office of the Registrar.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem solving ability; ability to manage complex and highly sensitive materials to foster a culture of confidentiality; have direct knowledge of, or experience with, FERPA, FOIA, HIPAA as it pertains to academic records, and regional/national and programmatic accreditation; and the ability to collect, analyze, and report data.
