SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for social media content creation including copywriting, photography, and video
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing posts
• Compile social media analytics s
• Schedule content on social media management platforms paying close attention to details, spelling, and grammar before publishing
• Oversee directory management platforms, including creating/managing listings on GMB and Apple Maps, responding to reviews, etc.
• Attend BOMA/MNCREW Events, organize trade shows and sponsorship opportunities
• Work with regional managers to develop campaigns across the nation
• Stay up to date with changes to all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and maintain channel best practices
• Collaborate with Marketing manager to prepare materials for various social campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media management platforms and social media listening tools
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in social media management related field
• Experience in email marketing and paid social is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Experience in editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with access to a computer or laptop and internet access

Pay: $24-$26/hr.

Physical setting: Office, In-Person
Schedule: 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday
