We are currently seeking a Finance Systems Accountant to join our team at our HQ in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and looks forward to working for a business that is both thriving and expanding!

The Role:

• You will be the system administrator for all financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central. You will provide:
  • technical support to the finance, operational and commercial teams
  • training and supporting to finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures
  • troubleshoot and fix finance related systems issues
• You will be project managing and taking ownership of key financial projects, including:
  • Being the finance lead for all Company system enhancements
  • collaborating with IT and financial staff to meet business demands
  • contributing to the evolution of finance, searching for efficiencies in all processes and promoting improvements.
• You will play a major role in supporting the month end cycle, through:
  • being a critical part in the month end close
  • assisting in the production of the management accounts and enhancing business reporting
  • co-operating in the budget process

Your Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Navision / Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Experience within a multi site company would be ideal.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Finance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with 3rd parties at all levels.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
