What we are looking for
Well, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Superstar to come and work within probably one of the nicest HR teams that you will ever find (yep truly, this is not drill)

This role is for someone who really has a passion for match making and true business partnering, who really enjoys getting to know our future talent and where they could be best placed in our organisation.
You will have a customer service attitude and enjoy coaching managers
You will have lots of ideas on how to improve TA processes, build manager capability and enhance the employee value proposition and experience
You will be working with leaders across various technical, professional and trade business areas
You will love variety and can adapt your style across multiple disciplines in such as engineering, professional services, and trades
Your Talent Acquisition teammates will make you feel supported every step of the way into your transition to your new role – we love to chat and collaborate, so be ready to share your ideas with a motivating team
Flexibility – we love it here at Dematic, we have team members who are fully remote, or a few days in the office, any state, anywhere, we can cater to your personal preference
3 yrs. + Talent Acquisition experience (internal or agency)
Workday experience is highly regarded
In this role you will
Build effective working relationships with leaders and managers through collaboration to become their trusted adviser in Talent Acquisition
Design job advertisements and post to the relevant job boards and social media platforms
Seek and secure top talent through a range of recruitment mediums
Target, develop and grow direct talent pipelines
Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate background verification checks, pre-employment medicals and psychometric assessments, preparation of offer letters
