DELUXE CORPORATION Hiring for Manufacturing Team Manager- Mid Shift at Midland, ON Full Time

Manages operations through staff to ensure facility production meets the required measurements and contributes to overall company targets.

Directs employee daily activities, resolves problems, answers questions assigns and prioritizes work.

Performs staffing and resource planning by scheduling resources and monitoring processes on a day-by-day basis, redeploying resources as needed.

Monitor all performance measurements for all functional areas, and manage resources within budgetary guidelines.

Provides technical support answering detailed questions about production techniques, product specs. production equipment and new methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

3 years of management

Ability to prioritize and delegate work, meet deadlines, maintain standards, and establish a safe and productive work environment.

Must have knowledge of management fundamentals; knowledge of products, equipment, and procedures.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

Management experience within the printing industry.
