Responsibilities –

• Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities
• Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
• Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management

• Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities
• Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction
• Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies
• Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities
• Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms
• Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management

Qualifications –

· Bioscience/BioTech Talent Acquisition with full lifecycle, client facing experience required.
· Trustworthy and confidential
· Previous experience in Human Resources
· High level of interpersonal and organization skills
· Ability to build rapport with all employees
· Strong attention to detail in composing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Able to use the following software programs proficiently: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Friendly demeanor
· Ability to work under pressure

Education/Experience –
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
· 3-5 years Recruiting experience or a combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
