This position will act as the point of contact for a customer while managing all aspects of the order from creation to completion.

This position is full-time and must have some weekend availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Recipient of customer orders, and implementation of orders
• Organizing Shipping orders across the United States
• Tracking shipments to ensure delivery time required is met
• System and status updates to ensure visibility of all shipments
• Assign vendors to orders
• Provide support for Sales & customers
• Assist with projects as directed
• Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential vendors

QUALIFICATIONS / POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Proficient in Computer literacy
• Strong organization, problem solving skills, and ability to think creatively
• Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify and apply solutions
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Managing & utilizing multiple Computer Software & Accounting systems
• Ability to reconcile vendor open item aging s
• Lubricant training will be required upon hire. Lubricants has several levels of training & knowledge that will have to be learned & retained by employee
