We are a busy 7 bay automotive repair and maintenance facility in Ladner, offering all levels of maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services to our clients.

We have a new opportunity for an Automotive Service Technician to join our team! Our team enjoys a supportive team environment, industry leading technology, advanced training opportunities and continuous growth. Age, race, gender are never issues as we have a great team that work well together and appreciate all of our differences. Respect for each other is key though, as is the ability to fluently read, write and speak in the English language. We are closed on Holidays / Long Weekends.

We are in Ladner and are not as difficult to reach as most people think. We have people on our team that get here quite quickly from Richmond, South Vancouver, and South Surrey. We have up to date technical information and diagnostic tools (but are currently overhauling our website).

We have been A+ rated members of the Better Business Bureau for over 35 years and have been members of ARA (Automotive Retailers Association) since their inception many years ago. We also have been a BCAA approved facility for that many years as well.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all levels of routine automotive maintenance services and inspections
• Posses strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to provide accurate repair and solutions
• Complete required repairs and test drives
• Complete work orders accurately and timely
• Maintain clean work space and respectful use of company tools and computers
• Motivated to provide and achieve the best service
• Advise service advisors on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
• Light facility maintenance and assist other team members as required

Skills:

• Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician and/or advanced, registered Apprentice
• Able to work independently, with limited supervision
• Willingness to participate in additional paid training from time to time
• Ability to operate/ learn in-house software and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
• Have own tools
• Valid drivers license, provide a clean drivers abstract
