We’re looking for a marketing manager to help us tell our brand story to potential talent at every stage of their career. And to do it in a way that is creative and recognises that there’s a human at the other end of the communication.
It’s the first time we’ve created a role like this to sit in our corporate marketing and brand team. And we’re pretty excited about the opportunity for someone to come in a make a difference on this strategically important part of our brand and marketing activity.

Your role
This role is about creating compelling, relatable, and memorable campaigns that engage talent at every touchpoint of their career journey.
Using stories of Deloitte’s impact to engage talent, you’ll demonstrate the depth and breadth of what we do to make an impact that matters for clients, people and society.
In this role, you will define and implement a strategy for how we communicate our talent brand – to provide our audiences with a clear view of who we are and what we stand for.
Each day, with support from the Creative Content and Brand teams, you’ll develop messaging and build campaigns that showcase every stage of the candidate experience.
You’ll partner with the Talent Attraction team, as well as other cross-functional teams across the UK to create authentic talent attraction campaigns, providing guidance and managing talent brand strategies across multiple channels.
With creative agency support, you’ll leverage your project management skills to bring the talent strategy to life via our social media channels, paid promotions, targeted ads and events.
You’ll also be working with stakeholders at many different levels from across the business, so you’ll be able to update and influence stakeholders on these campaigns and ensure everyone feels connected to these efforts internally.

Work Pattern: Full time
Location: We’re open to applications from anyone based in the UK. Your home office will be the closest one to where you live, and you’ll have the option to work from home or the office. There will be some regular travel to our London HQ to meet and collaborate in person with the rest of the team.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your “Immediate Family Members” are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process.
