What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be joining a team of passionate, innovative and talented Recruitment professionals who are focused on designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies that are market leading. Working within one of our various Business Units, you will be working to source, attract and engage either technology resources or broader Consulting skill set, as we focus on supporting an FY23 business plan.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

• Experience in a talent acquisition role either in an agency or internal recruitment environment
• A strong understanding of the technical recruitment market would be preferable (not essential)
• Ability to pro-actively sourcing candidates
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• A talent for managing multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
• Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignment
