As our team of 500+ consultants continue to grow and develop, we are now looking for Software Engineers who are eager to challenge their technical and consulting skills with us!

Ultimately, we are looking for Consultants whose suite of capabilities include:

Solid engineering experience using Java or .NET with modern enterprise practices and frameworks. For example: CI/CD, unit testing, mocking, dependency injection, clean code, microservice frameworks, Agile / Scrum, database, OAuth, shift left testing, branching, GIT etc. Experience with backend code and API integrations;

Experience and interest in solving the harder integration problems between enterprise systems. Knowing how to approach integration problems using API design patterns, messaging & pub/sub. Know how to build integration solutions that are robust and testable through the SDLC using integration testing, logging, tracing etc.

Demonstrable understanding of one or more cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud). Some depth in the cloud PaaS technologies and reasonable level of infrastructure knowledge.

Integration platform experience in one or more platforms such as Azure IPaaS, Boomi, Fuse/Camel/Spring, MuleSoft etc.

Desire to collaborate, innovate, build reusable IP, learn and mentor through practice wide coding dojos, brown-bags, hackathons etc.

Previous consulting or client-facing roles with an aim to delight customers, as well as finding new opportunities to deliver meaningful impact

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;

Comfort working in a flexible and dynamic environment;

Technical certifications will be highly regarded.
