What will your typical day look like?

Working within a multi-disciplinary project team, you’ll execute and deliver solutions and products to transform the workplace. You’d be joining an established team responsible for driving change, connecting people and business through technology.

Drive development work, including developing proof of concepts, technical demonstrations, and technical debugging across our transformation stream. Contribute to the evaluation and optimisation of our technology stack

Develop and implement mitigation measures based on risks and pain points you identify through the development lifecycle. Develop the appropriate software documentation to capture what’s been built and why.

Analyse and make informed recommendations to solve problems, challenge others, and continuously look for opportunities for us to improve

About the team

Our Tech Enablement team is part of the firms Strategy & Innovation Office, a unique place within the business where corporate strategy, innovation, M&A and digital transformation intersect. As a group of supportive and like-minded individuals, we work across diverse geographies and service lines, transforming the workplace for our teams’ serving clients across the country.

In this period of continuous change, we are looking for a technically minded individual with a passion for product development, who recognises the drivers for workplace change, and loves solving complex problems.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:
2-4 years’ experience in a similar role working with AI & Automation technologies (ie virtual assistants, natural language processing/generation, automation anywhere, bluePrism, UIPath,)

Experience with product development and exposure to the product lifecycle in an enterprise environment

Working knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc)

A basic understanding of machine learning and how to apply it to solve business problems.

You’re a strong team player and an effective communicator with a keen desire to learn and try new things

A follower of industry trends and technology

University degree or equivalent qualifications preferably in an IT or Business-related field
