Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – 12 month fixed term contract (opportunities for ongoing)

What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be joining a team of passionate, innovative and talented Recruitment professionals who are focused on delivering talent acquisition strategies that are market leading. Supporting our Consulting Business Unit to source, attract and engage either technology resources or broader Consulting skill set.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

• Experience in talent acquisition, either from an internal recruiter environment or agency role
• An ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods
• Experience recruiting technology professionals would be advantageous (not-essential)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• The talent for managing multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
• A consultative approach to providing solutions to your recruitment assignments
