What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to the HR Director, you will work with our A&A business unit to execute on innovative HR strategies to support the Partners and the business in achieving their strategic objectives. Your role will be both strategic and operational as you counsel and offer best practice advice to business leaders in relation to the end to end talent experience including, performance experience, reward and recognition, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, talent management and development.

You are someone with:
HR Business Partnering experience gained from a matrix organisation as well as in a fast paced, growth environment

Demonstrable experience having supported senior leaders as a trusted advisor in a generalist HR capacity

Strong ER case management experience including performance and investigations

Understanding of remuneration strategies and reviews; exposure to planning or budgeting for remuneration budgets

People management and coaching experience
