What will you get to do?
We work on the problems and issues that keep CFOs up at night. Part of our job involves gaining insights from reporting to understand what has happened in the past, but we’re also looking ahead to help CFOs predict, forecast and prepare for what’s ahead.
Industries are being disrupted at lightning speed, so it’s never been more important for CFOs to get support in solving strategic whole-of-the organisation challenges and get advice on leveraging emerging technologies. To make this a reality, our teams have two three of focus:
1. Finance Transformation – Develop and execute finance strategies that align with the organisation’s long-term needs. This often involves designing, implementing and optimising:
Finance strategies across all aspects of the finance function
Changes to process, system and organisational structure to ensure time and resources are allocated to create maximum value
The approach towards delivering various financial services and operating models
2. Digital Finance Technology – Providing Fintech solutions that support, and more importantly, improve our client’s finance functions. This involves:
Developing a 360-degree vision for financials, performance management and regulatory compliance taking into account functional and technical limitations
Delivering end-to-end services from strategy through to concept, and technology implementation (some technologies we leverage and implement include Workday Financials, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Aptitude, Adaptive Insights, IBM and SAP)
Finding ways to leverage existing technologies and invest in cutting-edge transaction and performance management solutions
3. Emerging ERP Solutions – Enabling success in operational engine rooms. This includes:
Providing advice through a range of transformational outcomes achievable through a range of ERP software-as-a-service options
Guide clients through complete cloud-based ERP lifecycles
