We are looking for a motivated Delivery Boy to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Delivery of Packages:** You will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely manner. This involves navigating through the city and ensuring that all deliveries are completed as scheduled.
2. **Customer Interaction:** You will interact with customers during deliveries. It is important to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while answering any questions or addressing concerns.
3. **Package Inspection:** Before leaving for deliveries, you will need to check packages for accuracy and quality. This ensures that customers receive the correct items in good condition.
4. **Record Keeping:** You will be required to maintain accurate records of deliveries made. This helps in tracking routes and managing any issues that may arise.
5. **Team Collaboration:** You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Communication is key to addressing any logistical challenges.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 10th grade and be eager to learn. A basic understanding of navigating Bangalore is essential. Good communication skills and a friendly attitude are important since you will be interacting with customers. Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as you will be expected to adhere to delivery schedules consistently. Although experience is not required, a strong willingness to take responsibility and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued. should not leave the company minimum 3 months
