Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a counter clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area, including condiments, napkins, and utensils.
• Monitor and manage the availability of food items, restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from a manager when necessary.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Wage starts at $20 per hour. Weekend availability is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
