Delaware North Hiring for Talent Attraction Operations Specialist, Remote Job at London, England Full Time

Delaware North is searching for a Talent Attraction Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Innovation Center. As an Operations Specialist, you will be in a critical role on a team that connects the right people to the right jobs through traditional and digital marketing channels. Working alongside a talented and engaged team of recruitment marketing and employer branding professionals, your work will influence thousands of candidates every year. Reporting to the Manager of the Innovation Center, you’ll partner with team members to create, track, and measure recruitment media performance. This is position can be remote in the London area or based in our Head Office in Uxbridge.

Responsibilities

• Crafting engaging and authentic job advertisements, supporting the hiring process by ensuring quality control of all requisitions at the point of creation.
• Managing our shared UK careers mailbox, responding to or sharing candidate questions with appropriate internal resources.
• Provide first level support, within the UK region, to iCIMS our applicant tracking system.
• Executing paid and organic recruitment marketing, creating job adverts and partnering with vendors to tag, measure, and report on full-funnel throughput metrics like CPC, CPA, CPH, reach, and engagement.
• Analyzing paid channel performance alongside website or related online platform data to identify key trends and recommend optimizations.
• Creating and implement strategies for building, segmenting, and engaging our talent communities including being a key member of the team to implement a new CRM.
• Participating in campaign planning and ideation, including identifying KPIs, developing media plans, and presenting channel-specific strategies.
• Documenting best practices and advise stakeholders to maximize value and effectiveness of the strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, talent acquisition, or related field; experience in recruitment marketing is preferred.
• Able to regularly visit our venues in the London area.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel.
• Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred. iCIMS experience is a big plus.
• Experience with copywriting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field of study.
• Must be a self-starter, effective problem solver, and detail oriented.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
