The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing all permanent hiring needs across all divisions of the business. Attracting and engaging with high quality candidates who have the same passion as we do is an art form that is fundamental to our core value of putting the guest experience at the heart of everything we do.

The applicant journey is crucial to converting candidates to members of our teams, and this needs to be delivered in an inspiring, exciting and time managed package. Of paramount importance is the promotion of Delaware North as an enviable company to work for.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Understanding of employment legislation in context of talent acquisition
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Social and Digital recruiting savvy
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
• Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
• Self-assurance, and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and colleagues
• Knowledge and experience in behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing
