Schedule varies – 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am, 5pm-5am and 7am-3pm. All schedules are dependent on the current needs of the facility.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and packaging of products within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production processes while ensuring quality standards are maintained. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help drive our manufacturing operations forward.

Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and power tools, to facilitate production tasks
• Assist in the assembly of products on the production line using hand tools and mechanical skills
• Load and unload materials within the warehouse or manufacturing area, ensuring proper handling
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and efficiency
• Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly

Requirements

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical knowledge or background in working with machinery is advantageous
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
• Warehouse experience including material handling and inventory control
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures at all times
