DekoRati Interiors Hiring for Social Media Editor Full Time

Our company is seeking an experienced social media specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sharing content on the company’s various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. The right candidate will also monitor our social media feeds to track any issues or concerns that arise. Our ideal candidate is a social media expert with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. You must be familiar with the latest social media trends, newly established networks, and social media marketing tools, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and MeetEdgar. A firm grasp of SEO and social media analytics is essential to succeed in this role, while prior experience working for a marketing agency is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an editorial or social media-related role
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client deliverables concurrently
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools, such as Buffer or Hootsuite
• Familiarity with the most popular media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva and Adobe Photoshop)

Responsibility:

• Review, track, and edit social media content as per our business requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm strategies and create engaging social media content
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, image, and style across different platforms
• Work cohesively with content writers and developers to ensure timely delivery of highly-quality content
• Review and address comments and responses from consumers on social media
• Measure KPIs and engagement level to check the effectiveness of our social media strategies
• Schedule social media posts and establishing the optimal times to publish the prepared content by following social analytics
• Provide valuable insights to the content development team to improve the quality of social media materials
• Stay familiar with current consumer trends and new social networks and tools to help us come up with innovative content ideas
• Understand how customers think and what they need.
• Create and execute social media strategy.
• Research and analyze emerging social media trends.
• Monitor social channels for engagement, sentiment, and feedback.
• Build networks with other influencers in the industry.
• Create compelling visuals for social media.
• Monitor social media feeds for failures or trends that can be addressed by human intervention.
• Ensure that messages are consistent across all channels.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
