CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative

We’re looking for someone who is driven, positive, well organized & passionate to be a full time customer service representative. If you enjoy helping customers maximize the enjoyment of their outdoor space and beautify their home while creating a unique and modern space, this is the perfect position for you.

Dekko Concrete is a dynamic, upscale manufacturing company specializing in lightweight fire pits and decorative wall cladding for the hospitality and retail industries. Our team is hard working, upbeat, personable and focused on providing amazing products and outstanding customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience working in a busy office environment, and be able to take on projects and initiatives.

You should be an outgoing, personable, customer-oriented individual who thrives on problem-solving in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Must possess proficient computer skills including knowledge w/ Excel.

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
