JOB OVERVIEW

– Accoounts receivable, preparation of monthly invoices and vendor records

– Accounts payable

-Bank reconcilations

– General ledger maintenance

– Maintain required business documents and proof of Insurances

– Prepare annual 1099’s

-Prepare and/or review all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosures

– Payroll and tax deposits

SKILLS

– Preference to those with construction experience

– Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

– Minimum of 2 years experience with QB

– Able to complete task with minimal supervisiion

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
