Entry Level Customer Support Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing relationships with customers
• Presentation products and services to customers with the goal of completing the sales process and growing brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and upholding customer satisfaction
• Cultivate new opportunities with new and existing customers within assigned territories through on-site meetings
• Work with a team of individuals to scale knowledge on sales and marketing strategies
• Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory

Entry Level Customer Support Manager Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, customer support or other related fields
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation as travel is required
