DeeSonii’s Hiring for Accounts Receivable Representative Full Time

Job Summary:

The accountant will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. As well as perform minimal administrative tasks as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and accounting practices
• Review s to identify outstanding invoices, and formulate and Send Statement of Accounts
• Communicate and collect payments from customers in a timely manner
• Prepare invoices
• Posting customer’s checks, payments, and ACH payments
• Monthly Payable/Checking invoices/receipts for payment and processing.
• Preparation and entering of Purchase Orders
• Recording of Received and enter bill on items received
• Maintain physical files or records of all invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare and/or analyze income/balance sheet, customer balance detail, bank reconciliation, profit & loss and other accounting statements, and other tax ing forms.
• Ensure professional and courteous customer service when dealing with all customers, vendors, and employees.
• Follow detailed instructions for difficult or unusual assignments.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Business, or emphasis in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
