Deer Valley Ranch Hiring for Kids & Teens Program Staff at Nathrop, Colorado Full Time

Deer Valley Ranch operates a full Kids Program and Teen Program during our summer dude ranch weeks. These staffers work together to execute an exceptional, fun, engaging program for our guests’ kids and teens. 

The Teen Program Leaders work under the direction of Ranch leadership to ensure the Teen Program runs smoothly and is kept to high standards of fun, safety, and engagement. The Teen Program Leaders work together to facilitate exciting, age-appropriate activities both on the ranch in the surrounding areas. The Teen Program Leaders shall work closely with other program staff members to ensure resources, transportation, and other necessities are deconflicted with other Ranch operation areas. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide teen guests in programmed activities (such as overnight campouts, trips to town, games, etc.)
• Foster a welcoming environment for teens (both new and returning guests)
• Get to know teen guests and remember names/personalities
• Communicate with parents/guardians about the teen program and the day’s activities

The Kids Program Leaders work under the direction of Ranch leadership to ensure the Kids Program runs smoothly and is kept to high standards of fun, safety, and engagement. The Teen Program Leaders work together to facilitate exciting, age-appropriate activities both on the ranch in the surrounding areas. The Kids Program Leaders shall work closely with other program staff members to ensure resources, transportation, and other necessities are deconflicted with other Ranch operation areas.
