Deer Valley Ranch Hiring for Crew Staff at Nathrop, Colorado Full Time

The Crew Staff are the backbone of Deer Valley Ranch. These staff members rotate between four main work areas: housekeeping, laundry, dishwashing, and food/beverage operations. These staff members have a heart for hospitality and service and are responsible for creating and maintaining clean and welcoming environments for guests. These staff members will work with different small groups to ensure the Ranch is ready for guest arrival each Saturday, as well as doing daily and weekly tasks associated with the 4 work areas. 

Key responsibilities (rotating between the 4 work areas)

• Assisting in maintaining a clean laundry facility, while washing, drying, folding, and sorting all Ranch laundry
• Assisting in managing daily and weekly housekeeping tasks for Ranch accommodations (cabins and lodge rooms) and common spaces (Lodge, Centennial Hall, public bathrooms, etc.)
• Assisting the Chef and Kitchen Assistants with dishwashing, supporting the food and beverage operations 
• Assisting the Chef and Kitchen Assistants with food and beverage operations (preparing for meals, setting tables, organizing linens, stocking supplies and buffet lines, serving meals, seating guests, and other duties as assigned)
• Working as a team with enthusiastic and willing attitudes to help ensure the success of the Ranch
