About the Job

We’re looking for someone to own the training and development process with our clients. Here’s what you can expect in this role:

• You’ll collaborate and consult with customers, learners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional team members to develop and implement plans to build eLearning and video contents that support customers’ training and learning objectives
• You’ll interpret learning outcomes and objectives to translate those requirements into innovative and impactful learning experiences
• You’ll establish and maintain collaborative relationships with support, development, implementation, and other customer management teams to identify and coordinate subject matter experts to develop and deliver educational content
• You’ll edit and update video content using DeepHow’s platform for an internal and/or external audience
• You’ll review and provide feedback on eLearning content created by customers
• You’ll document processes and standardization related to content-creation workflows and best practices

• This is a remote position but the candidate must be located in Michigan as it requires some travel

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 2 years of required experience in customer-facing, learning and development project management/consulting role, particularly in the creation of eLearning content using a range of software and rapid development tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Understanding of quality graphic design, ideally with experience working with graphic designers
• Advanced knowledge and detailed understanding of training theories, methodologies, and techniques, especially related to the use of technology in adult education is preferred
• Embrace a growth mindset and stay current in the learning and development market space
• Willingness to test new methodologies, break away from the status quo, and be a technology advocate
• Comfortable conducting customer visits in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• 25% – 50% local and regional travel required and a valid driver’s license required
• Authorized to work in the United States without a sponsorship
