Summary: We are looking for a marketing, copywriting and social media manager for our natural and organic body, hair, and skin care brand called “deep steep”. We are looking for someone to help work along side our team to help create all things digital within the marketing realm.

Responsibilities:

· Planning and managing sponsored social media strategies effectively.

· Create content for product platforms: Brand Website, Faire, Amazon, Instagram

· Competent storyteller who can captivate and engage an audience

· Concept and plan IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook campaigns to drive UGC, followers, and engagement, including giveaways, work with partners, promoting events, and more.

· Create, develop, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple social channels

· Research, strategize and build mood boards.

· Maintain and run social channels ( e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok) and respond to customers in a timely manner

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content is both informative and appealing

· Identify opportunities to increase brand presence and perception among the public

· Collect resources and look for opportunities to work with social media influencers on the planning and execution of collaborations across multiple social channels

Requirements:

· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Proficient in content creation, including Reels and TikTok videos.

· At least 2 years of experience in paid social media marketing.

· Be a competent storyteller who can captivate and engage an audience

· Successful management and optimization of social advertising campaigns on the biggest social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube; familiarity with Snapchat and TikTok advertising.

· Superb written and communication skills

· Extra Pay For:

· Video Editing (Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects)

· HTML / CSS / JAVA

This brand is owned by Royal Labs Cosmetics Inc., a cosmetics factory owned by the Lieber family. Royal Labs is a contract manufacturer specializing in formulating and manufacturing skin, body and hair care for industry leading cosmetic brands and for its own brands.
